OTIS DESIGN, INC., “ODI” was originally formed as  ‘OTIS PRODUCTIONS’ in  1991,  by  

Bill  ‘OTIS’ Smith.   Otis Productions created WEB Sites, produced custom  graphic art work

and commercial designs for clients ranging from restaurants and private clubs to screen

printers, bowling alleys and motorcycle apparel, as well as custom awards for team and

individual sports from schools and leagues.  In the Fall of 2003, Otis and some friends

agreed to expand the scope of his business and client base by producing and marketing its

own products and capitalizing on a wider scale on the creative talents of Otis and others. In

pursuit of this expanded goal, Otis and Garry McAllister, (“Garry”) incorporated Otis Design,

Inc. which is a registered Veteran owned small business and began actively marketing

many of the products you see in the preceding pages.  By November of 2003, management

of the company established two subsidiaries, which would compliment and support the

overall business plan and operation.
